Aqua Inc MBBR Media is a virgin HDPE biofilm carrier (25 mm diameter × 4 mm height) engineered for Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor systems in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. With a protected surface area to total surface area (PSA/TSA) ratio greater than 95%, specific gravity between 0.90–0.98, and void fill exceeding 75%, the media remains in continuous fluidised motion under standard aeration — maximising biomass attachment while minimising clogging and pressure drop. Available in two pack configurations: ~0.53 Cum actual (55 kg, 1,10,000 pcs) and 1 Cum nominal (110 kg, 2,10,000 pcs). Recommended reactor fill range: 30–70% of tank volume.
